About the Job
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and accomplished professional to join our Transformation Strategy team. This pivotal role involves shaping, leading, and executing the bank's transformation initiatives, ensuring sustainable growth, agility, and a competitive edge. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders, you will drive innovation, organizational change, optimize operations, and identify growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking and creative leader, adept at recognizing new opportunities, designing actionable solutions, and managing complex transformation programs from inception to execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and operational transformation projects across the bank from ideation to execution and delivery.
- Work in partnership with functional leaders and business owners to align transformation efforts with the bank’s strategic objectives and operational requirements.
- Conduct thorough market research and internal assessments to identify growth, efficiency, and innovation opportunities, proposing actionable initiatives to address organizational challenges.
- Oversee transformation projects, ensuring effective planning, cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and timely delivery of project outcomes.
- Create comprehensive business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and impact assessments to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and recommend improvements as necessary.
