About the Role:
Groupon is on the lookout for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to spearhead our partnerships initiative within the Health, Beauty & Wellness vertical. This role encompasses three strategic pillars: bookability integrations, franchise Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and collaborations with beauty brands.
Your responsibilities will include establishing and expanding partnerships that enhance merchant supply, attract a younger clientele, and modernize connectivity. You will engage in negotiations with booking platforms, secure Letters of Intent (LOIs) and MSAs with leading North American franchises in maintenance categories (hair, nails, skin, gyms), and forge partnerships with emerging beauty brands to drive customer acquisition through trust and value.
This is a hands-on, business development role that requires a balance between strategic partnership cultivation and tactical deal execution, underpinned by strong commercial acumen and a robust work ethic. You will consistently be on the phone, building your pipeline.
North Star:
Develop and expand a strategic partnerships engine across bookability, franchise, and brand pillars, targeting $3.25M in revenue for the full year 2026 by securing platform integrations, franchise MSAs, and brand deals that broaden merchant supply, enhance connectivity, and draw in younger customers to Groupon’s HBW vertical.
