Role overview
The Strategic Operations Associate works closely with the VP of Operations and senior leaders in London. This role supports scaling efforts in London and plays a key part in the company’s EU expansion. The work is broad, covering tasks that keep both the London office and new entities running smoothly.
Main responsibilities
- Organize and manage administrative tasks, especially those tied to EU expansion.
- Handle ad-hoc needs for both the core startup and new entities.
- Take ownership of projects from start to finish, escalating issues only when needed.
- Adjust to evolving operational priorities to support both office and expansion goals.
