Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Partnership

  • Collaborate with business leaders to comprehend business objectives and provide tailored HR guidance.
  • Ensure HR initiatives are in sync with the organizational strategy and priority goals.
  • Lead efforts in workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.

2. Talent Management & Development

  • Assist leadership with talent review processes, performance management, and career advancement initiatives.
  • Identify skill gaps and collaborate with Learning & Development to initiate effective programs.
  • Champion strategies for the development and retention of high-potential employees.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for managers and employees alike.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and cultivating a positive company culture.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Guarantee that HR policies, procedures, and programs comply with relevant local laws and regulations.
  • Work in partnership with HR operations to deliver efficient HR services.
  • Maintain precise HR metrics and reporting to facilitate informed decision-making.
