About the Role
We are in search of a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner who will collaborate with business leaders to cultivate high-performing teams. This position will be pivotal in overseeing Performance Management, Learning & Development, and People Analytics, while enhancing organizational culture, initiatives, and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders on organizational design, talent planning, and people strategy.
- Lead Performance Management cycles, ensuring alignment of OKRs and fostering a culture of continuous feedback.
- Drive Learning & Development initiatives, conduct skills-gap assessments, and focus on capability enhancement.
- Own People Analytics by analyzing attrition data, engagement metrics, and productivity dashboards.
- Address organizational challenges utilizing data-driven insights and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee employee experience initiatives and governance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as an HRBP in a dynamic startup or scale-up environment.
- Strong foundation in performance management systems and capability frameworks.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, data analysis, and storytelling through insights.
- Demonstrated empathy, exceptional problem-solving skills, and strong business acumen.
