About the Role

Chime is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to become a vital member of our Growth & Marketing Finance team. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional leaders across Growth, Marketing, Product, and Data to assess growth initiatives, track performance, and guide strategic investment decisions. Our team's objective is to provide rigorous, data-driven insights that enhance Chime's scalability and promote sustainable growth.

As a strategic partner within the organization, you will significantly influence how we assess and prioritize growth opportunities, encompassing new acquisition strategies and innovative product launches. You will frame complex business challenges, develop analytical frameworks, and convert performance data into actionable recommendations that shape our investment strategies.

As Chime continues to grow, we are in search of adaptable, strategic thinkers who can seamlessly transition between in-depth analysis and cross-functional leadership. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end growth-focused analyses—from problem definition and hypothesis formulation to modeling, insight generation, and executive communication—while collaborating closely with partners to ensure alignment and execution. Success in this position necessitates strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to take ownership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The base salary for this position starts at $141,000.00 and can reach up to $195,000.00 based on experience and location. Full-time employees are also eligible for bonuses, a competitive equity package, and comprehensive benefits. The final base salary offered may vary according to your skills, qualifications, and experience.
