About Trainline Partner Solutions
The Strategic Business Development Manager role is positioned within the B2B Distribution’s Channel Partners & Business Development Team at Trainline Partner Solutions. Here, we collaborate with Online Booking Tools (OBT) and Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to provide access to rail content across multiple markets, enabling Travel Management Companies (TMC) and their corporate clients to book rail travel effortlessly.
As the Strategic Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and expanding relationships with key channel partners. This position encompasses managing existing accounts while also driving new sales opportunities through these partnerships, specifically focusing on the DACH region.
You will act as the primary liaison between Trainline and our partners, facilitating strategic relationships to ensure a mutually beneficial rail offering. Key responsibilities include identifying, negotiating, and securing new opportunities, collaborating with channel partners to enhance rail bookings, and exploring new leisure travel markets such as OTAs, MaaS, and Tour Operators.
