Qualifications

Qualifications:A minimum of 5 years of experience in market research within FMCG, whether on the agency side or client side, focusing on shopper insights, data analytics, category management, innovation, revenue growth management, or key account management. Proven experience in research, with an understanding of various research methodologies and their application in addressing diverse business questions. Experience in consumer and shopper research, or in branding, media, or innovation domains is advantageous. Ideally, you will have sales experience, specifically in selling market research solutions to manufacturers. An analytical mindset with the capacity to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for clients.

Join NielsenIQ as a Strategic Analytics & Insights (SAI) Business Partner, where you will play a pivotal role in driving profitable revenue growth by enhancing our analytics solutions portfolio for clients in the Iberia region, specifically in Spain. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, client-centric professional who excels at identifying opportunities, nurturing strong relationships, and delivering impactful analytics-driven solutions that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts, contributing to RFP responses and proposal development.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet revenue and profitability targets.

  • Lead engaging client meetings, deliver persuasive pitches, and present insights that demonstrate the value of our analytics solutions.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives to recommend the most suitable solutions.

  • Keep abreast of NielsenIQ’s SA&I offerings and effectively position them against competitor solutions.

  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms in accordance with company guidelines.

  • Provide regular updates on pipeline progress, forecasting, and sales performance, managing an active sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Creation of cross-sell and upsell opportunities with existing clients.

  • High client retention and satisfaction scores.
