Key Responsibilities:Consistently exceed quarterly and annual software and services sales targets. Accurately forecast, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve performance metrics. Lead account and sales teams, drive sales strategy, and develop accounts over a multi-year period. Create and maintain actionable account plans. Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and external partners. Enhance customer experience and deliver favorable outcomes throughout the customer journey. Engage actively with Line of Business (LOB), functional areas, and IT departments. Manage both transactional land/expand and value-based solution sales approaches. Utilize MEDDICC sales methodology. Build and maintain relationships with VP-level, C-suite executives, and key decision-makers. Exhibit a competitive and positive mindset, focused on continuous improvement. Advocate for the functional and solution value of Smartsheet. Leverage data and product-led growth signals to inform sales strategies and decisions.

We are seeking a dynamic Strategic Account Executive (SAE) to spearhead our Strategic Accounts sales strategy, focusing on the rapid growth of a select portfolio of Global 2000 accounts. In this pivotal role, you will drive executive engagement, sell comprehensive solutions, and significantly boost our software and services bookings with both new and existing customers. A demonstrated history of surpassing quotas, coupled with tenacity, a positive attitude, accountability, high energy, integrity, and discipline, is essential for success within our Strategic Accounts Team.

This prominent position will manage a number of named accounts and will report directly to the Regional Director of Strategic Accounts.
