The Team You’ll Work With

We are searching for dynamic sales professionals to join our Private Equity team, dedicated to selling fund administration services. Our clientele primarily consists of Private Equity and Private Credit Funds. With Carta's platform, these clients can efficiently track and manage their portfolios while effectively communicating with their investors.

As part of the Private Equity sales team, you will introduce high-profile clients to our diverse range of product offerings, including Fund Administration through Carta’s event-based accounting general ledger, digital KYC, portfolio management, reporting and analytics, investor management, investor portal, valuations, and data collection.

Our technology-driven investor portal serves both fund GPs/Admins and their investors/LPs, along with portfolio companies through our cap table solutions. Carta has created a specialized equity ownership management platform designed exclusively for Private Equity Firms and their portfolio company management teams. This includes the first and only Advanced Scenario Modeling tool capable of managing complex Private Equity waterfalls, empowering deal teams, valuation teams, and management teams to move beyond spreadsheets for enhanced accuracy and quicker insights into critical strategic decisions.
