Your ResponsibilitiesBe accountable for the expansion quota for a select, high-value portfolio of the company's most prominent strategic accounts—the most significant and influential financial institutions globally. Analyze intricate organizational structures and identify opportunities across various business units, product lines, regions, and new use cases. Formulate and implement multi-year strategic account plans to enhance Rogo's presence and drive significant expansions. Collaborate closely with Strategic Opportunities, dedicated teams (banking and engineering), Product, and Rogo executives to design and implement client solutions. Establish and nurture relationships with C-Suite executives; serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders. Your QualificationsA minimum of 10 years of experience in closing complex SaaS deals, with a focus on selling to regulated financial institutions (e.g., investment banks, asset managers, or other capital markets firms). Proven success in achieving multimillion-dollar quotas using structured frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar methodologies. Extensive enterprise experience: a demonstrated ability to navigate organizations, identify opportunities, and execute multi-threaded growth strategies within large, complex accounts. Ability to convey advanced AI concepts into board-level ROI narratives that resonate with CTOs, CIOs, and business unit leaders. Proficiency in both startup environments and established corporate settings.
