Responsibilities:

The Store Manager is a key leader who drives the customer service and sales culture within the store. This role involves managing sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategies to meet sales, service, and operational goals. Maximizing sales and profitability is achieved through a focus on critical business initiatives.

This individual will be responsible for training associates, nurturing top talent, offering constructive feedback, and providing coaching. They will inspire and motivate staff to foster a customer-centric environment that enhances customer experiences, builds loyalty, and strengthens brand awareness.

Other responsibilities include hiring, merchandising, ensuring operational standards are met, and addressing associate and customer relations concerns. The Store Manager also manages performance evaluations and participates in community networking to build positive relationships.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by actively engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction.
