Location: Boston, MA (remote work with regular in-person engagements with Boston officials 3-10 business days per month), plus 1-4 days of travel within Massachusetts to prisons and parole offices monthly.

  • Relocation Note: Recidiviz does not cover relocation expenses but welcomes applicants currently residing in Boston, MA or planning to relocate there within a month of their start date.

Compensation: $112,000-$131,000

As a small, agile organization, we collaborate closely with state correctional departments to promote safe and equitable reductions in prison populations. We are seeking an individual who embodies the qualities of exceptional account managers, product managers, and political strategists. You possess the ability to engage and inspire through storytelling, leverage data effectively, and conduct productive meetings that drive results. Above all, you approach your work with diligence and bring a sense of levity to your relationships. While direct experience in criminal justice reform is not required, a passion for impactful work is essential.
