Qualifications

Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline. A minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft assembly, integration, or manufacturing engineering, including at least 3 years in a program or technical leadership role. Strong technical expertise in aircraft structural assemblies, system installations, wiring, hydraulics, and flight systems. Demonstrated ability to manage program schedules, technical scope, and cross-functional resources effectively. Familiarity with program management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheets, and Jira, alongside standard office applications. Proven track record in managing schedules, technical scope, and leading cross-disciplinary teams. Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership abilities. Proficiency in advanced manufacturing tools including CAD, PLM, and MES.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the assembly and integration of aircraft from initial planning to final delivery.
  • Act as the technical and programmatic liaison, coordinating efforts among engineering, manufacturing, systems, supply chain, and quality assurance teams.
  • Establish and manage integrated program schedules, budgets, and risk registers to monitor progress and ensure milestone achievement.
  • Supervise the integration of structural, mechanical, and avionic systems into aircraft platforms.
  • Ensure configuration control and compatibility with certification and customer requirements.
  • Quickly identify and resolve technical and execution risks.
  • Effectively communicate program status, risks, and recovery plans to leadership and stakeholders.
