In the role of Staff Solutions Engineer (SE) at Upbound, you will play a crucial role within our pre-sales team, driving all pre-sales efforts across North America across various segments. Upon the discovery and qualification of leads, you will engage directly with customers to comprehend the technical business challenges they aim to address. Your role will involve guiding customers through the value that Upbound's products and solutions can provide. As a Solutions Engineer, you will cultivate strong technical relationships with our customers by actively listening and articulating the value proposition of our products in a context relevant to their specific needs.

Solutions Engineers are expected to be well-versed in Upbound’s product roadmap and will possess the intuition to know when to promote future offerings versus current solutions, based on the customer's medium and long-term vision. Understanding the personalities of key technical and economic buyers and knowing what it takes to facilitate the sales process is essential.
