This is not an administrative role; it is strategically focused on minimizing obstacles, refining processes, and amplifying pipeline growth.Your ResponsibilitiesOutbound Operations & ToolingManage and enhance our outbound infrastructure, including SmartLead, Outreach, Nooks, HeyReach, and other related tools.Design, create, and optimize both programmatic and personalized cold email sequences.Take ownership of list management, segmentation, and data integrity for outbound campaigns, including enrichment workflows utilizing tools like Clay.Implement signal-based triggers to identify high-value accounts and facilitate cross-channel coordination.Monitor, analyze, and report on outbound performance metrics such as open rates, reply rates, and conversions to meetings.BDR/GTMA EnablementAct as the operational support for the GTMA team, enabling their execution.Establish feedback loops to consistently enhance sequence performance.Troubleshoot challenges associated with tools, sequences, and processes.Provide training for new team members on tools and best practices.Workflow & Process OptimizationIdentify and remove operational bottlenecks in the outbound process.Automate repetitive tasks and handoffs between teams using APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting (Python or JavaScript).Maintain comprehensive documentation and standard operating procedures.Ensure seamless data flow across systems (CRM, engagement tools, reporting).Success MetricsThe outbound operations function smoothly without requiring daily oversight from the Growth Lead.BDRs are equipped with the necessary tools, sequences, and data to meet their targets.Sequences are continuously optimized based on performance analytics.
