POSITION SUMMARY:
We are on the lookout for a Staff Full Stack Engineer with a strong focus on developing customer-centric products. You will be responsible for crafting the experiences that managers, drivers, and operations teams rely on daily, whether through web applications, mobile interfaces, or integrations with existing tools.
Your strong frontend instincts and refined design sensibilities will allow you to tackle vague customer challenges, deliver solutions swiftly, and iterate based on user feedback. Additionally, you will be comfortable constructing the backend services and APIs that underpin these experiences. While mobile development experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
This role is within a small, agile team. You will seamlessly transition between frontend and backend tasks as priorities evolve, influence product direction through your contributions, and engage with customers from the outset.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop customer-facing product interfaces for managers and workers—from initial prototypes to fully functional experiences. Your goal is to ensure usability and intuition, regardless of the platform.
- Create backend services and APIs: focus on data modeling, authentication, role-based access control, multi-tenancy, and integration with enterprise systems.
- Design the frontend architecture: build efficient, data-rich interfaces that manage multimedia, real-time data, and complex workflows.
- Engage in rapid iteration with real customers: deliver quickly, track usage, and utilize feedback to guide future developments.
