Role overview
The Staff Electrical Hardware Technical Program Manager, ECU, joins the Electrical Hardware Technical Program Management group. This position guides the development and execution of electronic control units for vehicles, requiring sound judgment and a proactive mindset. The role involves influencing teams and decisions without direct authority.
Serving as the Electrical Hardware team’s representative in cross-functional discussions, the Technical Program Manager champions vehicle program priorities throughout the entire product development process.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the design, development, release, and validation of Rivian electronic control units (ECUs)
- Maintain clear communication about program deliverables, status, and risks
- Promote program visibility and alignment across multiple teams
