About the job
At Headway, we are on a profound mission to transform mental health care, making it accessible to everyone. Our innovative technology connects individuals with exceptional therapists through the first software-enabled national network of providers who accept insurance.
In the U. S., 1 in 4 individuals faces a treatable mental health condition. Unfortunately, many providers do not accept insurance, rendering therapy unaffordable for a large segment of the population. Headway is pioneering a new mental healthcare system that simplifies the process for therapists to accept insurance and expand their practices.
Founded in 2019, Headway has evolved into a diverse, national network comprising over 60,000 mental healthcare providers across all 50 states. Our software has served more than 1 million patients, and we are proud to be a Series D company with over $325 million in funding from esteemed investors including a16z (Andreessen Horowitz), Accel, GV (formerly Google Ventures), Spark Capital, Thrive Capital, Forerunner Ventures, and Health Care Service Corporation.
We aspire for your journey with us to be the most fulfilling chapter of your career. Join us and contribute to the positive transformation of mental healthcare.
