We seek a dynamic and experienced Sponsorship Sales Lead to spearhead high-profile sponsorship initiatives on behalf of premium rights holders globally. The ideal candidate will: Proactively identify, engage, and qualify potential sponsors across various sectors and regions, securing in-person meetings to foster relationships. Manage and cultivate trust-based relationships with decision-makers at leading global brands. Execute competitive processes successfully, facilitating the negotiation and closure of significant sponsorship deals. Demonstrate a proven track record of securing multiple high-value sponsorship deals with premium global rights holders in the sports or entertainment sectors. Exhibit exceptional levels of influence and persuasion, alongside substantial negotiation experience. Possess experience working across diverse countries, cultures, and time zones.
