Join High Tech High, an innovative network of charter schools in San Diego, dedicated to personalized education and collaborative learning. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide crucial support to our Special Education Team, ensuring students with speech and language disorders thrive academically.

Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Director and Associate Director of Special Education, you will deliver specialized instruction and services to students experiencing challenges with language and speech. This role includes conducting assessments, developing Individualized Educational Programs (IEPs), and collaborating with educators and families to facilitate student progress.

Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with teachers and parents regarding speech and language development, providing recommendations for classroom modifications and the referral process as necessary.
• Implement a systematic, multi-tiered pre-referral consultation and intervention strategy.
• Conduct evaluations in accordance with the California Education Code to assess the impact of speech and language disorders on student learning.
