Be a Catalyst for Change in the Lives of Students!
Pathlight School is Singapore's pioneering educational institution dedicated to supporting students on the autism spectrum. We uniquely combine the national curriculum with essential life skills training, catering to learners aged 7 to 18 years who are capable of engaging with the national curriculum but require tailored support, including smaller class sizes and specialized teaching staff.

In the role of Speech & Language Therapist, you will collaborate with students to enhance their skills in social communication, language, and literacy.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assessment & Report Writing: Conduct assessments in language, literacy, and communication for students with autism, reporting findings for intervention planning and exam accommodations.
- Intervention: Design and implement 1:1 and small group interventions focused on language and communication goals, and collaborate with external services as needed.
- Programme Development: Engage in curriculum development projects, and for Senior SLTs, create school-wide intervention programs targeting communication and language.
- Coaching/Training: Train educators and parents on effective strategies for supporting students’ language and functional communication skills.
- Management and Leadership (for Senior SLTs): Mentor junior SLTs, report on key goals, and influence best practices in communication and literacy development.
