The processor manages a pipeline of applicants and blends responsibilities in processing, underwriting, and sales. Attention to detail, clear communication, and a proactive mindset are essential. Familiarity with title curative processes is a plus. Work arrangement This hybrid role is based in Splitero’s San Diego office. Team members work onsite Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. What you will do Review homeowner applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness. Engage with homeowners, internal colleagues, and third-party vendors to clarify file details, set expectations, and collect missing documentation. Order and review third-party reports, such as title, valuation, and credit reports. Prepare files for underwriter review, ensuring each submission meets Splitero guidelines and compliance standards. Advance underwriter-conditioned items to closing while maintaining compliance. Collaborate across teams to deliver a smooth homeowner experience from application to closing. Manage and prioritize a pipeline of homeowners at various approval and funding stages. Achieve or exceed production goals and key performance metrics. Compensation On-target earnings for this position exceed $94,000 per year. Compensation includes a competitive hourly base plus uncapped monthly commissions based on the number of homeowners closed each month.

For self-employed clients, you’re adept at analyzing 1040s, Schedules C, K-1s, and depreciation addbacks. You effectively document stability in variable compensation scenarios and apply the correct percentage for bank statements.
