Team members work onsite Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. What you will do Review homeowner applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness. Engage with homeowners, internal colleagues, and third-party vendors to clarify file details, set expectations, and collect missing documentation. Order and review third-party reports, such as title, valuation, and credit reports. Prepare files for underwriter review, ensuring each submission meets Splitero guidelines and compliance standards. Advance underwriter-conditioned items to closing while maintaining compliance. Collaborate across teams to deliver a smooth homeowner experience from application to closing.
