Position Overview:

As a vital member of Paratek's National Sales Team, the Specialty Sales Representative will focus on driving sales within the primary care and podiatry sectors, while also engaging dermatologists as secondary targets. The ideal candidate will leverage data, sales tools, and market insights to craft effective business strategies. Strong interpersonal skills and clinical knowledge are essential for promoting Paratek products, enhancing existing customer relationships, and establishing connections with new healthcare providers to meet sales objectives at the territory, regional, and corporate levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with target prescribers within the assigned geographic area.
  • Deliver compelling, clinically focused sales presentations to introduce and grow business around our products, consistently achieving sales goals.
  • Implement tactical strategies aligned with company directives to drive sales performance.
  • Adhere to call plan expectations, achieving sales targets while complying with Paratek's Policies and Procedures.
  • Educate and promote company products to healthcare providers through individual meetings, group presentations, and approved promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Business Director and internal teams to fulfill sales objectives.
  • Effectively communicate with customers using persuasive selling techniques and approved messaging.
  • Demonstrate versatility in sales communication across various platforms, including virtual and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain positive and compliant relationships with healthcare professionals and office staff.
  • Accurately report sales activities, expenses, and other required documentation in a timely manner.
