RESPONSIBILITIESAssemble and test spacecraft harnesses according to engineering specifications and guidance. Support the setup and operation of Thermal Vacuum chambers and vibration facilities. Ensure compliance with processes and cleanroom protocols by all personnel. Take ownership of the product build from individual components to complete assemblies. Implement engineering-directed anomaly dispositions. QUALIFICATIONSTechnical degree or certification in a relevant field.2+ years of professional experience in spacecraft or space product assembly. Proven expertise in assembly and integration techniques. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and instructions. Familiarity with ESD, FOD, and cleanroom operations. Experience in spacecraft harness fabrication, rework, and installation. A genuine passion for the space industry. Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Proven capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
