As a Sourcing Specialist at Futurestep, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate a robust candidate pipeline strategy for all Futurestep RPO/Project clients. You'll achieve this through innovative sourcing methods, optimizing sourcing channels, and proactively developing talent pools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Business Partners to align sourcing initiatives with workforce plans and fully understand recruitment needs.
- Identify effective channels and strategies to source candidates that meet client specifications.
- Design and implement comprehensive Sourcing Strategies aimed at building talent pools for specific candidate profiles.
- Enhance a diverse range of sourcing channels to boost both the quality and quantity of the Client talent pool.
- Evaluate and monitor the success of the strategic sourcing framework against established benchmarks.
- Assist clients in articulating a compelling employee value proposition that is integrated into the Sourcing Strategy framework.
- Partner with Client marketing and brand communications to craft relevant candidate communications and messaging.
- Source, secure, and utilize appropriate media and communication channels effectively.
- Develop and implement robust Candidate Relationship Management strategies to foster strong connections with passive candidates.
- Promote sourcing programs actively, including Employee Referral, Alumni, Graduate Programs, and Internal Mobility.
- Lead the framework for Client Sourcing Strategies by gathering competitive intelligence and creating talent maps.
- Stay informed about sourcing best practices, including systems, tools, and processes.
- Collaborate with recruiters and team members to generate innovative ideas and share insights for an effective search process.
- Utilize necessary systems to track candidates, workflows, sourcing data, and screening information.
- Provide responsive and proactive customer service through various communication channels.
- Offer support, advice, and coaching to team members as necessary.
