About the Role
We are in search of a skilled Sourcer to enhance our talent outreach and strategy for the Forward Deployed Engineering team. You will be integrated into the broader FDE recruitment pod, collaborating with FDE recruiters, other sourcers, coordinators, and business leaders within Forward Deployed.
This position presents a unique opportunity for someone with extensive experience in sourcing for go-to-market (GTM) roles and managing the initial stages of the candidate funnel. As a GTM Sourcer, you will build strong relationships with hiring managers across the GTM sector, identify and engage top talent in their respective domains, and work alongside our recruiters and leaders to optimize the teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers in the Forward Deployed Engineering team to refine recruiting processes and create tailored sourcing strategies.
Conduct highly targeted searches to deliver precise candidate profiles.
Develop engaging outreach strategies to attract even the most passive candidates.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-priority candidates through talent research and mapping.
Serve as the primary contact for candidates from initial outreach through to the onsite interview stage, ensuring a remarkable candidate experience.
Employ innovative and creative methods to discover talent through events, talks, and more.
Maintain a highly organized, data-driven approach to candidate tracking and pipeline health.
Represent OpenAI and engage with candidates at industry conferences and events.
