About the Opportunity
We are on the lookout for a Solutions Engineer to collaborate with our key Private Equity clients, ensuring they derive measurable business outcomes from our AI solutions. In this role, you will engage with senior business leaders to assess their pre-sales requirements, shape their AI strategies, and pinpoint the most impactful use cases. You will partner with both business and technical teams to illustrate the value of our offerings, suggesting architectural frameworks to facilitate their implementation. This role requires close interaction with our Private Equity and Large Enterprise Sales, Security, and Product teams.
This position is available in San Francisco, CA, or New York, NY, and follows a hybrid work model of three days in the office each week. We also provide relocation assistance to new team members.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Delivering an outstanding pre-sales experience for major Private Equity prospects by offering technical insights, articulating the value proposition, and addressing queries related to our products, APIs, and language models.
Demonstrating how OpenAI's product suite can fulfill customer business objectives and yield significant value, which includes creating and showcasing demos, scoping relevant use cases, recommending architectural strategies, and providing comprehensive technical guidance.
Documenting and maintaining guides, FAQs, and resources that address common inquiries and requirements identified during the pre-sales phase.
Building and nurturing robust customer relationships throughout the evaluation, validation, and purchasing phases.
Advocating for customers and ensuring their voices are heard internally by collecting feedback, identifying common themes, and integrating insights into product development.
Serving as the initial contact for security and compliance inquiries, providing standardized information, guiding customers to relevant resources (such as the trust portal), and escalating complex issues to specialized teams.
You Will Excel in This Role If You Have:
