Lakera is in search of a dynamic Solutions Engineer to enhance our sales processes, drive customer success, and refine the product experience as we expand. In this pivotal customer-facing role, you will serve as the primary technical liaison throughout the sales cycle and provide essential support for customer success. Your mission will be to interpret customer requirements into tailored solutions, utilizing Lakera’s AI Defense Plane to empower enterprises in securing their AI frameworks and unlocking innovative applications.
You will collaborate closely with teams from Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure Lakera fulfills its mission. Your unique combination of technical acumen, communication prowess, and customer-centric approach will place you at the forefront of AI security advancements.
