About the Role:
We are on the lookout for an outstanding Solutions Engineer to become part of our dynamic Customer Solutions Team. In this position, you will engage directly with our clients as their trusted advisor, playing a crucial role in defining and showcasing value throughout the sales cycle. With an innate curiosity, independent thought process, and robust problem-solving capabilities, you will collaborate closely with Product, R&D, and Engineering to ensure our customers' needs and insights are central to our AI-powered solutions.
What Will I Be Doing?
- Lead technical discovery efforts to identify and meet our customers’ needs.
- Provide an exceptional pre-sales experience by effectively communicating Intercom's value and technical expertise.
- Conduct persuasive, value-driven solution reviews and in-depth technical sessions.
- Design and lead customized Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate Intercom's capabilities.
- Act as the primary contact for RFPs and customer security inquiries, utilizing standardized materials and escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Collaborate across teams with Product and Engineering to represent the customer voice, gathering feedback and insights for product development.
