As a Solutions Engineer at jumio, you will empower customers to maximize the potential of our innovative products. Your role will encompass providing both technical and functional expertise on our cutting-edge Jumio Platform, renowned for its award-winning identity verification technology and robust risk signals. Collaboration with teams across Sales, Product, Engineering, Account Management, and Marketing will be key to your success.
Value Proposition:
Your contributions as a Solutions Engineer will directly enhance pipeline conversion rates, driving revenue growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. You will be integral in refining and expanding existing processes, such as pre-sales technical presentations, product evaluations, integrations, and customer onboarding. As a subject matter expert, your insights will illuminate how our solutions can enrich the customer journey across various platforms, including web, mobile SDK, and API channels. Your efforts will significantly impact the effectiveness of the sales team, fostering ongoing growth and advancement in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-sales initiatives by asking insightful questions to understand customer use cases and making tailored recommendations for implementing our solutions.
- Design and deliver engaging, customer-facing technical presentations.
- Provide live demonstrations that highlight our technical capabilities and showcase the best of our solutions.
- Collaborate with the Bid Management team to complete solution proposals, RFPs, and RFIs.
- Oversee the onboarding process for enterprise customers, from initial kick-off meetings to the Go Live phase.
- Serve as the technical and functional subject matter expert for our comprehensive suite of products and APIs.
- Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, and other business units to ensure up-to-date knowledge of existing and new product features.
- When necessary, create and deliver customized demos for select customers.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Technical Pre-sales, Technical Implementation Management, or Technical Consulting, with a strong understanding of complex environments.
- Extensive customer-facing experience, adept at engaging with various levels and departments within enterprise settings.
- Exceptional presentation skills paired with excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate technical challenges.
