We invite applications from talented professionals across the United States for the role of Solutions Architect within our Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) Team at Databricks. While we encourage candidates from specified locations, we are open to remote work arrangements from various cities nationwide.

As an experienced pre-sales expert, you will play a pivotal role in guiding large enterprises on their journey to becoming more data-driven. Collaborating closely with the Enterprise Account Executive (AE), you will define and implement the technical strategy for our most significant accounts, driving broader adoption of our products and enhancing the utilization of machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI). Your strong background in value selling, technical account management, and leadership will be essential for achieving success in these accounts.

Your Impact:

  • Act as the primary technical liaison for Databricks among multiple clients.
  • Lead clients through a transformational journey, assisting them in evaluating and adopting Databricks as a key component of their strategy.
  • Implement a well-defined technical strategy within accounts while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Foster a community of technical champions within the account to advocate for Databricks solutions.
  • Align and articulate technical strategies that highlight the benefits of Databricks offerings.
  • Provide structured mentorship to team members, enhancing collective expertise.
  • Earn respect from peers through your insights, experience, and contributions.
