Role Overview
The Solution Architect's primary objective is to drive Morpho’s growth in the Americas by delivering technical expertise and support to our crypto-native partners and integrators. This role is essential for accelerating implementation cycles and fostering robust partnerships throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in partner-facing discussions alongside the Business Development team to address technical inquiries and define integration scopes, thereby establishing trust with local teams.
- Create proof-of-concepts, code snippets, and custom dashboards to expedite the integration of Morpho’s protocol for partners.
- Offer real-time technical assistance via platforms like Telegram and Slack to help integrators overcome implementation hurdles.
- Enhance developer documentation and tutorials based on feedback from integrators, thereby improving future onboarding processes.
- Relay product feedback and bugs from the field to internal engineering teams to facilitate continuous product enhancements.
- Identify and address gaps in integration support processes proactively, suggesting improvements to elevate Morpho's global service to builders.
- Facilitate effective communication across time zones, clearly conveying technical information to product teams at major platforms.
Success Metrics
In your first month, you will deeply engage with Morpho's codebase, products, and documentation. You will accompany the Growth team on calls, meet key integration partners, and begin addressing technical questions with guidance from the Integration team.
