Position Overview:

At Oklo, a dynamic startup, you will face a variety of challenges in reactor design and analysis. While a background in nuclear technology is not mandatory, a strong curiosity and a desire to learn are vital attributes for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and Lead QA Practices:
    • Own and refine Oklo's Software Quality Assurance (SQA) program and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and team objectives.
    • Act as an SQA liaison, mentoring team members and fostering collaboration between SQA and development teams.
    • Simplify quality assurance processes, enabling multiple major product releases to support engineering milestones.
    • Design and oversee the implementation of software infrastructure that enhances SQA activities.
  • Hands-On Development:
    • Work closely with software engineers and other teams to integrate QA processes throughout the software lifecycle.
    • Contribute as a developer by writing and reviewing code to uphold the highest quality standards.
