The Software Integration Engineering Internship in Berlin offers practical experience with modern vehicle systems and automated testing processes. Interns work directly with experienced engineers, contributing to the design, development, and execution of automation that validates new vehicle access and connectivity features. This position connects academic knowledge with hands-on skills, providing insight into large-scale system testing and automation at RV Tech.
What you will do
- Develop and execute automated test scripts for various vehicle platforms.
- Assist in setting up and managing automated vehicle test stations under engineering supervision.
- Maintain test environments, ensuring daily reliability and safety.
- Troubleshoot automation scripts and hardware issues as they occur.
- Help create dashboards and visualization tools to present test results.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement new automation solutions and refine testing processes.
- Gain exposure to a CI/CD and Python-based automation framework.
Requirements
- Available for a full-time internship from July 2026 through December 2026.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Interest in automation, embedded systems, or automotive technology.
- Basic programming skills in Python; familiarity with C/C++ or object-oriented programming is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
