About the Position
As the Engineering Manager for our Builder Experience team, you will spearhead the development and expansion of a talented group of engineers dedicated to enhancing our product interfaces that facilitate agent configuration.
You possess a genuine passion for management, finding joy in mentoring engineers as they advance their careers. With the technical credibility to engage in complex architectural discussions, you will translate intricate technical challenges into strategic business objectives. In this pivotal role, you will be the crucial link between product vision and technical execution.
