Role Overview

The Social Media & Paid Advertising Executive will spearhead the execution and performance of organic social media content and paid media campaigns tailored for the UK and Ireland markets. This position plays a crucial role in establishing a strong brand presence in the sports betting industry while driving measurable growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily organic social media content creation across platforms such as X, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, with a strong focus on English football.
  • Develop and sustain a cohesive brand voice across all social channels.
  • Craft captivating, platform-specific copy and collaborate on the creation of complementary visual assets.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize paid social media campaigns across Meta, X, and TikTok for various brands.
  • Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring precise tracking and effective allocation of resources.
  • Construct and evaluate target audiences, including retargeting and lookalike segments, to enhance campaign performance.
  • Analyze and optimize both organic and paid media performance through data-driven insights.
  • Provide clear performance reports and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all content and campaigns adhere to relevant gambling regulations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, with a preference for candidates with paid media experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of sports, particularly English football, and familiarity with betting audiences.
  • Exceptional copywriting abilities and a solid grasp of social media best practices.
  • Proficient in analyzing performance metrics and optimizing campaigns accordingly.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
