About the Role
Softheon is on the lookout for a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of our organic and paid social media initiatives, significantly enhancing our brand presence across three distinct brands.
Your responsibilities will encompass the entire spectrum of social media management, including the formulation of strategy, content creation, execution, and performance evaluation. We are seeking a creative individual who thrives on experimentation and can adeptly tailor messaging to resonate with diverse audiences while remaining attuned to emerging trends on platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit.
You Will:
Social Media Strategy & Channel Management
- Craft and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to distinct audiences and business objectives across our three brands.
- Own the content calendar, ensuring the publication of daily posts that maintain consistent, high-quality content across all platforms.
- Oversee and optimize both organic and paid social campaigns, driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Content Development & Brand Management
- Generate, edit, and publish captivating content, including written copy, visuals, and short-form videos.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and positioning across all social channels.
- Support thought leadership initiatives by managing the social media presence of executives as needed.
Community Engagement & Event Support
- Engage and respond to followers, fostering community and enhancing brand trust.
- Lead social media coverage for events through live posting, recaps, and amplification efforts.
- Draft and distribute LinkedIn and company newsletters across social and email channels.
Strategic Alignment & Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Content Manager and Creative Designer to develop impactful content.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and other teams to ensure social messaging aligns with broader strategies.
- Engage in campaign planning with the Sales and Marketing teams, supporting initiatives related to events, product launches, webinars, and demand generation efforts.
