Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: London, Hybrid

We are in search of a Social Media Manager who possesses deep insights into various platforms (Pinterest, TikTok, Meta, YouTube) — not just in terms of content posting, but also understanding ad stacks, auction mechanics, and product roadmaps. A keen interest in platform innovations (e.g., Meta Andromeda/AI developments, Reels evolution) and their application for paid social is essential.

This position emphasizes expertise in paid social media and platform knowledge. You will manage social media strategies for a select portfolio of primarily FMCG and household product brands, addressing both global and local markets (with a focus on the UK and France). Your role will entail developing social media strategies for clients, collaborating closely with an in-house Content Creator and creative teams, and providing support to local markets from the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of paid social campaigns across Pinterest, TikTok, Meta (including Reels), and YouTube — overseeing end-to-end campaign setup, optimization, and measurement.
  • Design and implement social channel strategies for clients (both global and local), translating brand briefs into paid social plans that align with commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the in-house Content Creator and creative teams to produce platform-native content optimized for paid formats.
