What You’ll DoCraft and implement a comprehensive global social media strategy that aligns with NiCE’s AI-first vision and CXone narrative. Manage the global social media editorial calendar across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Promote research, reports, product launches, and thought leadership through social media channels. Collaborate with marketing teams to support product launches, analyst recognition, and major events, including NiCE World. Champion executive and employee advocacy on social platforms, working with leadership and subject matter experts to elevate thought leadership and industry discussions. Create initiatives that inspire employees, partners, and community members to engage in social storytelling.

The Opportunity

NiCE is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented Social Media Manager to enhance our global social media presence. This pivotal role combines storytelling, data-driven marketing, and strategic social media management.

You will oversee NiCE’s engagement across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms, crafting impactful content that highlights our AI leadership and customer experience innovations, resonating with practitioners, senior executives, analysts, and the wider enterprise technology community.

This position is high-visibility within the Global Brand & Content team, collaborating closely with Product Marketing, PR, Demand Generation, Analyst Relations, and executive leadership.
