We seek an enthusiastic Social and Digital Lead to spearhead our comprehensive social and digital strategy, merging innovative creativity with operational excellence to keep us ahead in the industry.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead Buzz’s social and digital strategy across all platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand, audience, and business objectives.
  • Establish creative benchmarks and oversee content, campaigns, and daily digital operations.
  • Guide the social and digital team, promoting a culture of innovation and teamwork.
  • Manage client accounts, partnerships, and influencer/creator initiatives while serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Create commercial models to evaluate media value, production costs, and paid distribution to bolster new business and client proposals.
  • Plan and execute campaigns from inception to delivery, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Support digital operations including content production, planning, scheduling, publishing, and platform management.
  • Utilize analytics to track performance, measuring engagement, reach, audience growth, and revenue impact.
  • Leverage data to guide creative decisions, test new concepts, and foster continuous improvement.
  • Identify and implement tools to enhance reporting, listening, and digital performance (e.g., Sprout Social, analytics platforms, emerging AI tools).
  • Stay abreast of trends, platform changes, and digital opportunities to keep Buzz at the forefront of sports media.
  • Contribute to business proposals and initiatives, ensuring our digital strategies are aligned with the latest trends and opportunities.
  • Oversee Buzz 16’s website management.
