Your Responsibilities as a Customer Technical Advisor:

  • Address and document customer inquiries and questions via complimentary phone lines;
  • Maintain precise records of customer inquiries, questions, and feedback in our customer service database;
  • Handle client complaints in accordance with the company's escalation policy;
  • Ensure all support calls and emails are answered and resolved within the stipulated SLAs;
  • Troubleshoot issues using open-ended questions, support documentation, and system training;
  • Provide solutions to common problems and frequently asked questions.
