Your Responsibilities as a Customer Technical Advisor:
- Address and document customer inquiries and questions via complimentary phone lines;
- Maintain precise records of customer inquiries, questions, and feedback in our customer service database;
- Handle client complaints in accordance with the company's escalation policy;
- Ensure all support calls and emails are answered and resolved within the stipulated SLAs;
- Troubleshoot issues using open-ended questions, support documentation, and system training;
- Provide solutions to common problems and frequently asked questions.
