Qualifications:Proven experience in managing bars, rooftop bars, hotel outlets, or premium dining environments. Strong background in team leadership within high-volume, dynamic service settings. Highly operational, solution-oriented, and results-driven. Exceptional customer focus, excellent communication skills, and ability to thrive under pressure. Attention to detail, with a keen eye for presentation, atmosphere, and brand experience. Knowledge of bar and cocktail service (experience with mixology is a plus).

Join us at Novotel Valencia Lavant, a newly opened hotel in Valencia, as we seek a dynamic Skybar Outlet Manager to lead our distinctive Skybar. This exceptional venue offers a unique identity, premium bar and cocktail service, and an unforgettable experience for our guests.

We are looking for an individual who embodies operational leadership, possesses a keen business vision, and has a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate will excel in managing teams, service quality, profitability, and guest experiences in a vibrant atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Skybar, including service delivery, opening/closing procedures, shift coordination, and workflow management.

  • Guide and support the team (servers, bartenders, runners, etc.), ensuring organization, pace, and service excellence.

  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, internal protocols, quality control, cleanliness, and presentation of the outlet.

  • Manage customer experiences and proactively resolve any issues that arise.

  • Drive sales and enhance profitability of the outlet through upselling, average ticket management, cost control, and productivity monitoring.

  • Collaborate with key departments: F&B, Kitchen, Reception, Events, Revenue, and Management.

  • Monitor inventory levels, procurement, and beverage/material stock control.

  • Participate in defining and implementing operational improvements, menu development, promotions, and commercial strategies.

  • Ensure adherence to applicable regulations (hygiene, food safety, and internal procedures).

  • Train, motivate, and develop the team, fostering a positive atmosphere and high standards of performance.
