Primary Responsibilities
- Adhere to safe job practices during equipment repairs.
- Utilize technology efficiently (laptops and tablets).
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for various rental and customer equipment, exercising independent judgment.
- Assist in training junior technicians as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a timely manner.
- Support the pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
- Understand OSHA requirements (preferred).
- Participate in year-round company-provided OEM training.
- Access industry-leading diagnostic tools.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
