Role overview

The Shift Manager oversees daily operations at a busy airport car park in Birmingham. This role involves leading a team, managing resources, and ensuring both staff and customers remain the focus of every decision. What you will do

  • Supervise and motivate a diverse team during each shift
  • Maintain efficient operations and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Support team growth through 1-2-1 meetings, appraisals, and development
  • Allocate resources to meet operational needs
