The Role
 
The Services Engagement Manager (SEM) plays a vital role in ensuring project success for our customers, representing the complete value proposition of a Veeva R&D Product Implementation. This position is crucial during the project scoping and planning phase to define the optimal implementation strategy and guarantee customer satisfaction. The SEM is also integral to the sales cycle, serving as a solution expert and collaborating closely with Veeva's Sales and Services Teams.
 
We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in Software Implementation, Project Management, and Life Sciences Software Sales. The ideal individual will effectively structure solutions, set realistic expectations, and establish appropriate project timelines and budgets. You will engage with current customers and new prospects, becoming a key contributor in building these partnerships from the outset.
 
Key deliverables of the SEM include the creation of Proposals and Statements of Work (SOW), along with recommending potential implementation partners and ensuring strategic alignment of the team prior to the project kickoff.
