The Partner Enablement team at Okta plays a pivotal role in equipping our Field Team and partners with the essential knowledge, tools, and resources for success. We develop, deliver, and manage training programs that foster understanding and adoption of Okta’s cutting-edge identity and access management solutions. Our goal is to empower every learner to fully leverage Okta’s platform and services.
The Service Delivery Trainer Role
Reporting to the Manager of GSI Enablement, this position is responsible for creating and delivering training programs that ensure the smooth deployment and adoption of Okta solutions. As a Service Delivery Trainer, you will utilize your technical enablement and deployment expertise to provide top-tier training for our customers and partners, facilitating their successful implementation of Okta.
Your Responsibilities
- Conducting technical training sessions for GSI partners focused on deploying and managing Okta solutions.
- Designing, developing, and updating training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and virtual learning modules.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with product updates and best practices.
- Partnering with deployment teams to identify challenges and create targeted training programs to address skill gaps.
- Collecting feedback from participants to continuously enhance training effectiveness and content quality.
- Coordinating logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, registration, and follow-up communications.
