Position Overview:
Okta is in search of a Senior Workday Functional Analyst to join our Business Solutions Team. In this vital role, you will collaborate intimately with the People Technology leadership and significantly contribute to our Workday transformation initiatives. As part of a cross-functional team, you will engage with stakeholders across People, Payroll, IT, Finance, and international offices to enhance and expand our HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive Phase X implementations of Workday HCM and either Workday Talent or Workday Benefits.
- Conduct discovery sessions to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Transform requirements into scalable Workday configurations.
- Offer strategic recommendations in line with HR best practices.
- Act as a Workday subject matter expert (SME), possessing in-depth knowledge across multiple modules including HCM and either Workday Talent or Workday Benefits.
- Guarantee data integrity and support the continuous enhancement and adoption of new Workday features and functionalities.
- Oversee all stages of the Workday configuration lifecycle, including business requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing support, and user adoption.
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives by providing training and educational opportunities across cross-functional teams.
- Design, create, and maintain advanced Workday reports, including Composite, Matrix, and other custom reporting solutions, as well as Workday dashboards.
- Manage Workday releases, ensuring new features are timely tested, adopted, and optimized.
